The Southeast Florida Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Working Group formed in 2013 to be a forum for collaboration amongst TOD partners in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

As an ongoing self-determining group, its members work together and meet on a quarterly basis to identify the challenges to achieving TOD and decide on the best course of action to overcome these challenges.

The purpose of this informal group is to work together to foster the creation of TOD in Southeast Florida in a cooperative, collaborative, effective, and efficient manner.
