Loans The interest-free loans came in terms of 90-day or 180-day maturities. To be eligible, a business must have been in operation for one full year prior to Hurricane Wilma, and have verifiable, physical damage to their business. Other loan opportunities are available through the South Florida Regional Planning Council's Revolving Loan Fund.
